Magic Trick

Though it seems hard I can find the card,

A magic trick to paralyze the sick,

A greener grass that I tend to pass,

Glimpse of joy yet I fail to employ,

It exists in time a distant chime,

Derail train of sorrow to try and borrow,

If only briefly I hold it dearly but meekly,

Then it's gone as if it was a con,

Sincere at first to satisfy a thirst,

Left me dry turn to see wave of goodbye,

I know I will see the wind blow,

Flow at my back so free and on track,

Unstoppable force with no feelings of remorse,

The sun rising as my soul lifts over horizons,

Drifting in warmth a vision of fission,

Split good and bad to exist so glad
