Fork

Whenever it's not enough a fork you reach,

This road divided ignore lessons that teach,

One side is content truly indifferent,

The other insatiable logic is malleable,

Twisted direction misleads bad section,

Course correction by some and others by force,

For when you finally decide it's often from pride,

Blinded choice for will's deafening voice,

Take heed once opened this box will succeed,

Unravel the mystery it yearns to be freed,

And even if the truth is hard to swallow,

It can't be closed no mercy to borrow,

Are you prepared for what lies ahead,

A path of broken glass or glistening tread,

Choose wisely see the big picture,

Adding too much will spoil the mixture,

Blended well the flavor excel,

If soured the taste truly repel,

Long after the vote has been cast,

A stray thought exists from the past,

When I first saw this road did I do right,

Answered simply of course if I used insight
